I just wanted to send you a quick message thanking Mary so much for her assistance yesterday. My flower delivery to the hotel for a special event did not make it to the right floor (mix-up with the hotel) and I called your shop in a panic thinking that they had not arrived. Mary quickly found out who received the delivery and cleared up the confusion. She also took the time to call me after the shop closed to make sure my issue had been resolved. That kind of customer service does not happen as frequently as it should and I really want to thank her and NWF for not only delivering exceptionally beautiful flowers, but putting my panic to rest.
